Why Managed Petroleum Group
Having fueled the industrialization of the Western World, oil and gas are now highly sought by developing Third World countries and in emerging powerhouses like India and China. With rising cries for greater efficiency and alternative fuels, it is easy to overlook how much petrochemicals permeate our daily lives. From transportation and power generation, to plastics, pharmaceuticals, and basic manufacturing processes, oil and gas are linchpins of the world economy – and will remain so for many years to come.
For investors this means that there has never been a better time to participate in the North American oil and gas industry – which is now prime for redevelopment. With direct investment opportunities that offer a diversified, principled approach, significant tax benefits for qualified investors, and a focus on long-term revenues, Managed Petroleum Group, Inc. (MPG), provides an unprecedented platform for seizing current opportunities and capitalizing on trends in order to build wealth.
A Turnkey Partner, Structured for Minimal Investor Risk
Unlike conventional oil and gas entities that focus on only one aspect of the investment process, Managed Petroleum Group, Inc. (MPG), consists of two separate entities that operate together to provide end-to-end expertise and accountability.

-
Managed Petroleum Group, Inc. (MPG)
MPG creates projects by acquiring leases at an efficient cost and developing them into prospect wells. Using state-of-the-art technologies and maintenance procedures, we are able to generate an accurate, optimal authority for expenditure (AFE) and, subsequently, greater returns for our investors. Once a project has been capitalized by MPG Financial, MPG takes over the administration of the project. -
MPG Financial, LLC (MPGF)
MPG Financial is the primary placement agent and underwriter responsible for selling MPG investment opportunities to private investors as well as other licensed broker/dealers. MPG Financial is a member of both FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and SIPC (Securities Investor Protection Corporation).**While MPG Financial is an SIPC member, SIPC protection does not cover commodity futures contracts and currency, as well as investment contracts (such as limited partnerships) and fixed annuity contracts that are not registered within the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act of 1933.

Managed Petroleum Group, Inc. – Drilling Phase
MPG is responsible for activities in the field, including drilling, equipping, production, and ongoing operations for the life of the well.
MPG structures its projects in a Limited Partnership (LP) format to enable investors to deduct their investments against active income sources by initially enrolling them as a Managing General Partner (MGP). Once the well is put into production, each investor is then converted to a limited partner in order to limit individual liability for the remainder of the partnership.
Because MPG is a turnkey, full-service group of oil companies owned by the same management, we are able to avoid third-party markups and stringently control the cost from prospect to production – which enables us to pass along those savings to our investors.
